Alchemist

1. Information We Collect

The Alchemist Pro collects information necessary to provide AI-powered requirements engineering services to authorized users. This may include:

Account Information: Name, email address, professional title, and organizational affiliation provided during authentication.
Usage Data: Information regarding how you interact with the platform, including features used, credits consumed, and session activity, to provide service improvements and usage reporting.
User Content: Text, documents, and other materials you upload or input into the platform for the purpose of generating requirements artifacts.
Payment Information: Transaction records processed through Stripe. We do not store credit card numbers or sensitive payment details directly; these are handled by Stripe in accordance with PCI-DSS standards.

2. How We Use Your Information

We use the collected data to:

Authenticate users and grant access to platform features.
Process AI-powered artifact generation based on your inputs.
Manage credit balances and process purchases.
Provide necessary updates, enhancements, and technical support.
Ensure compliance with usage policies and protect intellectual property.
Generate anonymized, aggregated analytics to improve the platform.

3. AI Processing & Third-Party AI Services

The platform uses multiple AI services to deliver its features. In all cases, your data is sent to these services solely for real-time processing (inference) and is not used to train or improve their AI models.

Google Gemini

Google Gemini powers the core requirements engineering workflow, including elicitation, elaboration, artifact generation, and summarization. Our use of Google Gemini is governed by a commercial license and the Google Cloud Data Processing Addendum, which provides contractual commitments regarding the processing and security of customer data. Google does not use your data to train or improve their models under this agreement.

OpenAI

OpenAI's API powers the Alchemist Audit feature, including requirements auditing, conflict detection, and fix suggestions. We have opted out of all data sharing with OpenAI — inputs and outputs sent to the OpenAI API are not used to train, improve, or fine-tune OpenAI's models. HeyGen

HeyGen's Live Avatar SDK powers the optional live avatar sessions during the Capture and Elaboration stages. We have opted out of HeyGen's use of our data for research and development of their AI models. For details, see HeyGen's Terms of Service and Privacy Policy.

We recommend that you review your organization's security requirements before uploading sensitive or proprietary data to the platform.

4. Confidentiality and Protection

We implement reasonable technical and organizational measures to maintain the confidentiality and security of your information, including encryption in transit and at rest via Firebase and Google Cloud infrastructure. We expect users to exercise the same care regarding proprietary materials shared through the platform.

5. Disclosure to Third Parties

AI Pro Holdings, Inc. does not sell or lease user information. We may disclose information only:

To employees or contractors authorized to support the platform.
To infrastructure and AI service providers (Google Cloud, Firebase, OpenAI, HeyGen, Stripe) as necessary to operate the service, subject to the data handling commitments described in Section 3.
To comply with legal obligations or protect our intellectual property rights.
Upon the termination of an account, to verify the removal of platform data as applicable.

6. Data Retention

We retain your account information and generated artifacts for as long as your account is active. Upon account termination, we will delete your data within a reasonable timeframe unless retention is required by law or for legitimate business purposes.
